By further developing our craftmanship capabilities, we constructed new scanning techniques and devices for indoor and outdoor situations. Therewith, we are able to create new high quality decors anywhere and from almost every material. With our self-created indoor scanning centre we are able to achieve resolutions and scans that cannot be compared to regular scanning techniques.
Scanning technology
Our self-developed scanner has solely been made to capture wood grain structure in high-resolution.
We use TrueColor ccd-line technology to deliver the best possible separation results ( no Bayer-Matrix ).

With our highly variable lighting solution we achieve extreme 3D effects of the scanned flooring. All-in-all you will get a super realistic photographic impression, with scanner technology quality.

Whilst our studio offers scan lengths of up to 3 meters, our mobile scanner is able to capture also vertical objects with a self-developed multi-picture approach. Therewith, we are able to scan from an infinite number of sources with an unpredecented quality.

With the emerging focus on digital printing we offer a full set of "out of the box" solutions and consulting services. All of our designs are ready for an exact reproduction with your printers, using your own distinctive color profiles for proofing.
For higher flexibility in the production process we developed a special design procedure that enables you to cut any width of tiles from the same decor. And they will always look like they are made for all your individual cutting styles.

Brushing and sanding
To assist you in achieving excellence for your customers, our inhouse wood brushing and sanding machine is one of our latest advancements on our way to creating truly unique decor designs.

Enabling us to realise light to strong brush and sanding for wood surfaces, the industrual brushing and sanding machine sets the baseline for developing designs with an even more authentic appearance.

This technology does not only offer virtually unlimitied possibilities in developing new designs but also allows us to alter the nature of your favourite material to reinvent its look entirely.
Frequency Defusing
Many decors with dark pores require individual readjustment to achieve an accurate result. However, depending on the environment of the pore, some pores will turn out to be too dark and others too light.
​
Through intelligent de-emphasis of unnecessary information in the separated colors, frequency defusing boosts the quality of analogue printing by achieving sharper prints of designs with normal to strong register problems.
